What is Nifty?

Nifty is a Sydney-based consultancy with a global client base. We specialise in low-code solutions, with Airtable at our core, helping some of the world’s leading organisations transform the way they work.

Since our founding in 2024, we’ve:

  • Become the highest-rated Airtable agency in APAC and one of the top five globally
  • Achieved Gold-certified Airtable partner status
  • Partnered with global brands including Netflix, Disney, and Paramount
  • Delivered enterprise-scale solutions across industries, with a strong focus on media and entertainment

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant — but not the typical kind.

This role is designed for someone who has delivered change in large organisations or consultancies, but is now looking for something faster-paced, more creative, and less about bureaucracy. You’ll work across a mix of global clients (many in media and entertainment) to design and deliver change strategies that actually land. Driving adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, but also with our founders and builders, as we build Nifty’s change capability. You’ll have scope to shape not just client programs, but also how change consulting looks in a low-code, product-first consultancy.

What you'll do

  • Lead change management workstreams across enterprise transformation projects
  • Partner with client stakeholders to design and deliver program and change strategies that drive adoption and business outcomes
  • Build and run communications, training and enablement activities
  • Identify risks and issues early, and work with clients to mitigate and resolve them
  • Track progress against program milestones in simple, actionable ways
  • Contribute to shaping Nifty’s growing change management capability, sharing learnings and helping us develop best practices as a team

Who this role is ideal for

The ideal applicant:

  • Has 5–8 years of consulting and/or enterprise program delivery experience
  • Has at least 3+ years specialising in change management within large, complex organisations
  • Comfort using frameworks like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter - but pragmatism to adapt them to clients needs
  • Has strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills (from execs to frontline teams)
  • Has curiosity beyond “pure change”, you might have leaned into product, design, or operations in past roles
  • Has a desire to escape bureaucracy and join a small, growing consultancy where your work is visible and valued

What you'll bring

You’ll be a fantastic fit for role if:

  • You love learning about and playing with Airtable and other low code tools
  • You're able to communicate complex ideas and solutions in a simple way
  • You're able to cut through the noise and focus on what matters
  • You take pride in forging your own path to your goals
  • You are excited by working with others to make useful things
  • You prioritise sustaining a healthy balance where you can strive in and outside of your work
  • You understand and communicate your needs in flexible team environments
