What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing resourcing pipeline to ensure optimal delivery capacity
  • Engaging with the wider talent ecosystem and local builder community to attract and retain top talent
  • Leading community-facing events and initiatives to strengthen our presence in the ecosystem
  • Building and elevating the Nifty brand as an essential player in the low-code space
  • Facilitating people and culture initiatives to maintain our vibrant company culture
  • Contributing to the development of our organizational foundation as we scale

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience with Airtable, Notion, and other low-code tools, with enthusiasm for exploring new technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in startup ecosystem or community management roles
  • Track record of building and nurturing communities with practical, results-driven approach
  • Previous team leadership experience with focus on people development and well-being

What We're Looking For

We’re after practical problem solvers, not process engineers. You should be someone who shows initiative and resourcefulness to ‘get stuff done’. That means identifying opportunities, implementing practical solutions, and driving real outcomes. Experience in startup or incubator environments is preferred over traditional enterprise backgrounds.

Location

This role is Sydney-based with flexible working arrangements.
