About the role

We are hiring a Consulting Manager who wants their work to sit closer to the impact.

In this role, you'll help clients make sense of complex problems, shape clear paths forward and partner with our team to bring simple, well designed systems to life.

This is a hands on consulting role. You will run discovery, guide decisions and facilitate working sessions that keep clients engaged and work moving. You will build and test directly in Airtable and use Notion to organise thinking, outline plans and create structure around your stream of work.

You’ll enjoy this role if you like moving with purpose, showing work early and collaborating with people who care about craft and practical outcomes.

What you'll do

Lead the delivery of your project stream from discovery through to rollout, bringing clarity to complex client problems.
Design and deliver systems in partnership with founders, Engagement Leads and builders.
You’ll work with the team to build solutions in Airtable and use Notion to create clear plans, workflows and decision points.

Facilitate workshops and working sessions that surface real needs, test ideas and build trust quickly.
Coach consultants on consulting craft, communication and decision making.
Contribute to improving our playbooks, patterns and ways of working as our practice expands.

What's true about you

You have worked in consulting or a client-facing role and know how to lead conversations, shape direction and manage delivery.
You ask questions that make everyone else go “oh, that is the real issue.”
You communicate clearly with both senior stakeholders and internal teams
You’re practical, curious and able to identify the simplest viable solution without over-engineering.
You are curious about Airtable and low code tools (even if you aren’t an expert yet).
You may have started your career in a larger consulting firm and now want an environment with more ownership, faster cycles and more meaningful impact.
