About the role

We’re hiring an Airtable Implementation Lead, sitting between strategy, systems design, and delivery.
‍
You’ll work closely with our Engagement Leads, builders, and client stakeholders to translate complex business processes into elegant Airtable and low-code solutions. This role blends architecture, technical delivery, and leadership; guiding how we scope, structure, and scale enterprise implementations.
‍
You’ll also help us mature our delivery playbooks and mentor other builders as we take on larger, more complex engagements.

What you'll do

Architect end-to-end Airtable solutions across global enterprise programs
Lead technical discovery, design reviews, and implementation planning
Translate ambiguous business needs into structured, scalable system designs
Oversee build quality, integrations, and documentation standards
Partner with Engagement Leads to manage scope, timelines, and client communication
Coach and up-skill builders in technical best practice and system design
Contribute to adaptable frameworks, components, and delivery templates

What's true about you

5-8 years of systems or consulting experience (technical implementation, architecture, or product ops)
Deep Airtable expertise (bonus points for scripting, automations, or integrations)
Ability to translate complex processes into usable, scalable system logic
Strong communication and client-facing confidence
Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams
You’ve likely led builds where you designed the logic and guided the rollout
